Our Quality:
A HAAG Certified Residential Roofing Inspector will inspect your property before and after every project. We also oversee each job to prevent unexpected damage to your property and to ensure quality of work. Upon job completion, the homeowner receives project documentation. This includes our exclusive Certificate of Completion,™ if applicable.
Our Warranties:
We offer 2-year and 5-year warranties on all of our workmanship. We are GAF/ELK Authorized Installers and Preferred Roofing Contractors. As such, we offer the Smart Choice System Plus Warranty™. This warranty extends your existing warranty to a 10-year non-prorated coverage for labor and materials. Additionally, depending on your roofing products, you may be eligible for a 50-year or lifetime warranty on roofing materials and labor.
