This company is absolutely the best choice you could make! Very reasonably priced, transparent throughout the process, and impeccable communication. I truly appreciate how much time Mark put into my project. We had a small repair, but he still treated it as if it was a top priority. He went well out of his way to make sure everything was exactly what I wanted and more.Posted on Google![]()

We had some shingles buckling and Jordan came out same day and was able to replace them. Checked our roof for any other issues as well. They did a great job and left the area clean. We have rain coming so really appreciated the quick turnaround. Would definitely call again if we have other issues.Posted on Google![]()

Mark and his team did a fantastic job on my home. I got extensive hail damage on my gutters, window screens, fence and roof. He was also able to get me a much needed downspout and repairs on my garage door molding. He was very instrumental in negotiating with my insurance company on getting them to reevaluate their estimates so that most of the damages would be covered. I trusted his judgement and recommendations every step of the way. I will consider Final Cut Roofing again for future projects.Posted on Google![]()

Final Cut Roofing and owner Mark Nosrati has my highest recommendation. Mark is an excellent communicator, meticulously detail oriented and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Roof. I came across Final Cut Roofing many years ago when I continued to see positive reviews on the neighborhood NextDoor app. Annually after hail season I’d have him out for an assessment of the roof and for many years when so many other roofers kept telling me I should replace the roof. Mark was honest in his assessments and thorough in his analysis. He would take pictures and show areas to watch but assess that the roof still looks good … until one hailstorm too many it had finally done enough damage that it was time to replace. Mark kept me informed every step of the way making a potentially stressful time far less so by handling all the little details. Final Cut Roofing stands behind their craftsmanship. Any issues or concerns, one call/text to Mark and he has me on the schedule to take a look and make any necessary repairs. I highly recommend Final Cut Roofing for an honest assessment and quality craftsmanship.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. Wind damage can leave you wondering what actually needs to be repaired, what can wait, and whether the contractor is recommending more work than necessary. We make those decisions easier with accurate inspections, clear images, and an easy-to-understand explanation of your roofing conditions.
Wind rarely damages every slope of a roof. Our inspection identifies exactly what the storm affected and what it did not. You receive photographs of both, so you can make a confident decision without paying for work your roof does not need.
Some wind-damaged shingles look perfectly normal from the ground. We lift-test each slope by hand to find shingles the storm loosened but left in place. That thorough inspection helps catch problems before the next storm turns them into leaks.
We photograph the damage and walk you through the findings slope by slope, explaining what we found in plain language. You see the evidence behind our recommendation before approving the repair, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
A repair should do more than look good on the day we finish it. We secure wind-damaged areas using proven repair methods suited to North Texas conditions, helping your roof stay protected when the next round of severe weather arrives.
You receive the inspection findings, photographs, and repair scope before making a decision. We do not ask you to sign at the door or commit before you understand the work. At Final Cut, we believe we first must build your trust before we build your roof.
We’ve repaired wind damage across Frisco, Plano, and McKinney for two decades. North Texas sits in Tornado Alley, and storms here arrive days or weeks apart, which is why the same five mistakes send homeowners back to the same slope before the season ends.
Shingles in the yard are only part of the damage. Wind can loosen others that remain on the roof but no longer hold properly. We lift-test each slope to find them, helping prevent another leak from the same storm.
New shingles need heat to activate their adhesive seal. Cold or cloudy weather can delay that process, leaving them vulnerable to wind. When conditions prevent proper bonding, we apply silicone beneath the shingles, which helps them seal faster and prevents further wind damage.
Shingle corners are especially vulnerable because wind can lift them. A single nail may not provide enough resistance. We double-nail replacement corners, giving them stronger fastening and greater confidence that the repair will hold through the next storm.
The nail strip is the reinforced area where fasteners hold the shingle. If wind has torn through it, new nails cannot restore its strength. We inspect the strip first and replace damaged shingles when necessary, protecting you from another failure.
It is natural to clean up after a storm, but displaced shingles can help document what happened. Photograph the yard, fence, and roofline first. Our crew documents the roof on arrival, preserving a clear record while the damage is still visible.
Submit your form or call 972-777-0350. We’ll schedule a convenient time to inspect your roof and examine every relevant area of the roof to determine exactly what the storm compromised.
We inspect every roof slope by hand, lifting shingles to identify wind damage that may not be visible from the ground.
We photograph our findings and review them with you, explaining each affected area clearly so you understand exactly what needs attention.
You receive written findings, slope-by-slope photographs, and the storm date in one organized file, making your documentation easy to review.
Our installers will replace damaged shingles, double-nail every corner, and hand-seal shingles when weather conditions prevent the adhesive from bonding properly.
A full report of our findings on each repaired slope will be reviewed with you. Once everything is finished, your roof is ready to protect your home.

There is no single wind speed that guarantees roof damage. Roof age, condition, installation, and exposure all matter. Even moderate gusts can loosen older shingles, while stronger winds can damage newer roofs. A professional inspection is the only reliable way to determine what happened.
Not necessarily. Missing shingles are only part of the picture. Wind can loosen other shingles without removing them, so we lift-test each slope to find hidden damage. Many wind-damaged roofs need repairs rather than replacement, and the inspection tells you which applies to yours.
Yes. Wind can break the shingle’s adhesive seal or loosen its fasteners before the shingle settles back into place. It may look completely normal from the ground. We lift-test the shingles by hand to find damage that a visual inspection alone can miss.
Not necessarily. Wind affects homes differently based on roof orientation, exposure, tree cover, roof height, and shingle condition. We assess your roof based on its own evidence and report what we find, rather than assuming your roof needs the same work as your neighbors’.
It can be, but impact damage requires a careful inspection. A limb can damage the visible area while also affecting surrounding shingles or decking. We inspect the impact point and surrounding areas to determine the full extent of the damage before recommending repairs.
As soon as practical. Loose or damaged shingles can allow water into the roof, and North Texas storms can arrive again within days or weeks. We schedule inspections and repairs promptly, helping address the damage before another storm turns a manageable repair into a larger problem.
Wind damage is often covered under Texas homeowners policies, but coverage depends on your specific policy, deductible, and roof settlement terms. Before filing a claim, review your deductible and compare it with our preliminary repair estimate to determine whether filing makes financial sense.
