Roof Leak Repair in Frisco, TX. Sleep Well Through The Next Storm

We inspect the source of the water leak and repair it properly. You get the dry ceiling and never worry about the next time it rains. The inspection is free, and no down payment until we are done.

When your roof is leaking, the hardest part is knowing who to trust.

You’re anxious about the damage. We understand your feelings. Every contractor promises a fast fix. Few explain what they actually found or how they know the repair will hold. We document the confirmed entry point, repair it with matched materials, and run a water test before we close the job and leave your driveway.

What’s Included In Our Frisco Roof Leak Repair Services

Here’s what you get when Final Cut handles your roof leak repair, from source confirmation to verified results.

  • Leak Source Confirmation: Before we touch a shingle, we identify the confirmed entry point. So the repair that follows is targeting the right place. We don’t guess the leak ever.
  • Shingle Repair and Replacement: Cracked, lifted, or missing shingles leave your decking exposed to every rain. We match materials and seal the section properly.

  • Flashing Repair: Step flashing, chimney flashing, and valley flashing are the most common leak sources. We replace corroded or improperly sealed flashing, not caulk over it.
  • Pipe Boot Replacement: Pipe boots crack and shrink in the North Texas heat cycle. A failed boot lets water run straight down the pipe and into your ceiling.
  • Roof Deck and Sheathing Repair: If the leak has been running for a while, the decking below may be soft or stained. We replace damaged sections before laying new material.
  • Emergency Tarping: Active storm damage or a large open section gets tarped first. This stops the bleeding and gives us time to assess the full scope without pressure.

Mark has done some great projects for me. He repainted the exterior of my home, installed new gutters, and demolished by skylights. Very detail oriented and makes sure the job is very clean. Also provides great documentation of work.

This company is absolutely the best choice you could make! Very reasonably priced, transparent throughout the process, and impeccable communication. I truly appreciate how much time Mark put into my project. We had a small repair, but he still treated it as if it was a top priority. He went well out of his way to make sure everything was exactly what I wanted and more.

We had some shingles buckling and Jordan came out same day and was able to replace them. Checked our roof for any other issues as well. They did a great job and left the area clean. We have rain coming so really appreciated the quick turnaround. Would definitely call again if we have other issues.

Mark and his team did a fantastic job on my home. I got extensive hail damage on my gutters, window screens, fence and roof. He was also able to get me a much needed downspout and repairs on my garage door molding. He was very instrumental in negotiating with my insurance company on getting them to reevaluate their estimates so that most of the damages would be covered. I trusted his judgement and recommendations every step of the way. I will consider Final Cut Roofing again for future projects.

Final Cut Roofing and owner Mark Nosrati has my highest recommendation. Mark is an excellent communicator, meticulously detail oriented and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my Roof. I came across Final Cut Roofing many years ago when I continued to see positive reviews on the neighborhood NextDoor app. Annually after hail season I’d have him out for an assessment of the roof and for many years when so many other roofers kept telling me I should replace the roof. Mark was honest in his assessments and thorough in his analysis. He would take pictures and show areas to watch but assess that the roof still looks good … until one hailstorm too many it had finally done enough damage that it was time to replace. Mark kept me informed every step of the way making a potentially stressful time far less so by handling all the little details. Final Cut Roofing stands behind their craftsmanship. Any issues or concerns, one call/text to Mark and he has me on the schedule to take a look and make any necessary repairs. I highly recommend Final Cut Roofing for an honest assessment and quality craftsmanship.

Five Reasons to Trust Final Cut With Your Home

After a hard storm, Frisco gets flooded with contractors knocking on doors and promising quick fixes. Some patch the most visible spot, collect the check, and move on. Final Cut doesn’t work that way.

We verify the repair before we invoice

The job isn't finished when the shingles are down. We test the repaired section before we close out.

No payment until the work is done

We never require a down payment. You don't owe us anything until the repair is complete.

Your insurance claim is handled

We document every repair with photos and a findings report that your adjuster can use directly.

One company from roof to drywall

If the leak soaked your insulation or stained your ceiling, we handle interior restoration, too.

20 years repairing roofs across North Texas

Final Cut has traced and repaired leaks in Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen, and across the DFW suburbs since 2009.

Where Roof Leak Repairs Fail and How Final Cut Avoids It

After 20 years of leaking roof repairs across North Texas, we know the leak-repairing failure patterns. 90% of the time, it’s the wrong inspection, 10% is the material.

Patching directly above the ceiling stain

The stain on the ceiling shows the water pooling. It is not the source from which water penetrated. A repair in the wrong location will hold until the next rain, and then the leak comes back.

Caulking over failed step flashing

Silicone on corroded metal lasts a few months before the Texas heat cycle breaks the seal. The correct fix is flashing replacement, not sealant.

Skipping the post-repair water test

Most contractors consider the job done when the materials are laid. Testing the repair under simulated rain is the only way to confirm the entry point is actually sealed.

Missing non-roof entry points

Failed fascia boards, deteriorated siding, and improperly sealed windows can send water into the same area as a roof leak. Without ruling these out, a roofing repair alone will not stop the water.

The Final Cut Process for Roof Replacement in Frisco

Book Your Inspection

Call 972-777-0350 or request online. We review your roof layout via satellite before arriving, so we arrive prepared.

Confirm the Entry Point

We inspect flashings, pipe boots, shingles, and valleys on the exterior and trace water trails in the attic to locate the confirmed source.

Repair the Source

We replace, reseal, or rebuild the failed component at the confirmed entry point using materials matched to your existing roof.

Run the Verification Test.

We run a controlled water test on the repaired section and monitor from inside the attic. If moisture appears, we keep working.

Document and Close

You receive a photo report of the confirmed entry point, the repair, and the passing verification test, ready for your insurance adjuster if needed.

Customer Success Story

“Final Cut Roofing takes what could potentially be a highly stressful situation and removes that from your plate by handling all the details. While I know they were juggling multiple other projects at the same time, they always had a way of making you feel like you were their only or most important client. That’s a really nice feeling to have when dealing with something as financially important as major home improvements.”

Questions Homeowners Ask Before Scheduling a Roof Leak Repair

Costs range from a few hundred dollars for a straightforward shingle or pipe boot repair up to $1,500 or more for chimney flashing replacement or deck repair. We provide a written estimate before any work begins. If your damage qualifies for an insurance claim, we document and assist with that process at no extra charge.

Insurance typically covers repairs caused by sudden or accidental damage (storm damage, hail, or wind) described as a storm-created opening. Wear, age, and lack of maintenance are usually excluded. We photograph the damage, prepare a findings report, and work with your adjuster directly. If you’re unsure whether you have a claim, we can help you assess it during the inspection.

If you have active water intrusion, we prioritize your call and reschedule around other projects to respond faster. An emergency tarp gets installed first to stop the damage from spreading. We don’t make you wait in a standard queue when water is actively entering your home.

We run a post-repair verification test before closing every job. If the section doesn’t pass, we keep working at no additional cost. If a repaired area develops a new issue after we leave, call us. We stand behind every repair we complete.

It happens more often than people expect. Failed fascia, overflowing gutters, deteriorated siding, and improperly sealed windows all produce water intrusion that looks identical to a roof leak from inside. If our inspection reveals the roof is not the source, we tell you. And because Final Cut also handles siding, fascia, gutters, and painting, we can often address the actual source directly.

We serve Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Celina, Little Elm, The Colony, Lewisville, and most northern DFW suburbs. Call 972-777-0350 to confirm your area.
